Returns:
Returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns will be accepted only with prior written confirmation from Thumb Chrome & Accessoriesllc,"http://www.thumbchrome.com/" Items must be returned in original packaging, in new condition with a copy of the orignal invoice, ship all items in a shipping box! do not use the product packaging as a shipping container!

Return Form:
Fill-out and include the return form with all returns or exchanges. The return form can be downloaded Here. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view and print the form.

Return Authorization Number:
A RA number is required for any return or exchange. To obtain a RA number call 989-673-2750 to speak with a customer service representative. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box and on the return form.

Exchanges:
We will exchange an item for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge.

Incorrect Size:
We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Returns For Credit:
All returns for refund are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Alaska and Hawaii will incur the UPS 2nd Day Air charge on all shipments and back orders.

Over sized items (Windshields, Exhausts, Lifts) will incur an additional $5 UPS or FedEx oversize charge.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Thumchrome.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). Backordered Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Standard Freight, (7-14 business days)
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.)

Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and bring it inside.
